According to the Small Business Administration,

employer with 500 or less employees, or

$5 million or less in annual sales.

Cedar Springs Associates, Inc. in business since 1993 in conjuction
with "Small Business Administration", was awarded a Grant to assist qualifying small businesses to implement a Drug Free Workplace
Program via financial and technical assistance.

Cedar Springs is committed  to assist employers in Idaho and the nation
to develop and implement effective Drug-Free Workplace Programs. The project is called  “Employers Drug-Free Workplace Development and Implementation Assistance” project.  The project may help companies qualify for 5% credit on Worker’s Compensation premiums in Idaho
